International agreements may be linked to an act of secondary legislation, which generally approves them.

International agreements may be linked to an act of secondary legislation, which generally approves them. They are ‘attached’ (and not ‘annexed’) to this act (decision or regulation).

Since these acts have also been signed by third countries, no changes to the text are permitted.
